At So Fine Jewelry, every piece is intentionally selected to embody sophistication, beauty, and individuality. In order to maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and exclusivity, we uphold a strict policy on returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through So Fine Jewelry are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection or sizing
- Shipping delays
We encourage all customers to review product details and order information carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to submit a claim, please email: sofine.jewels7@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Non-Eligible Claims
We do not accept claims for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing due to exposure (water, perfumes, chemicals, etc.)
- Improper care or storage
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design
- Requests submitted after the 48-hour claim window
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
- Once an order has been shipped, So Fine Jewelry is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Customers assume responsibility for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve delivery-related issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted once they have been placed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase with So Fine Jewelry, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:
- You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons outlined in this policy
- Any disputes made in violation of this agreement may be contested with supporting evidence, including this policy, order confirmation, and delivery verification
- We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
